Oh boy, here it goes again with the prismacolor markers, colored pencils, white charcoal, and manga paper.
I'm updating my cruddy tutorial [link] with new tactics, and this picture, so that should be around tonight/tomarrow.
There are two types of phoenixes. The western breed of them, the ones made of fire, ash, coals, whathaveyou, and the chinese phoenixes, which are more like guardians of the forest. They come in drab, earthy colors, (mainly yellow, green, blue, and brown) But like 90% of my other stuff, this one's daaamn colorful. [link]
